The way that Motivosity helps us and helps me let my direct reports know they're on track is by giving them acknowledgement of their great work. If they're doing something and they get appreciation for it, they know they're on the right track. And also in the one-on-one part of the tool I think there's a there's a great opportunity to also provide direction. There's a lot of of helpful tools of priorities and follow-up that allow me to say 'This is your guiding star' and 'Let's follow up in a week and see how you perform.' Then it gives me that nice little cherry on top by giving an acknowledgement saying 'Hey you did it! You performed well let me give you some spotlight for that.'
