As a User, How Has Motivosity Helped You Feel Appreciated - Jared Olsen, Mike Olsen

Transcript:

You know, life is hard. Lots of things happen to us whether it's at home in our personal life or at work. We often feel beat up because of life. Motivosity gives you that peace that you're looking for. It really helps you stop and know that you're doing okay. The most important thing that we want is to be validated and empathized with who we are on the inside. When Motivosity is done the right way, like we've tried to do at Job Nimbus, every single person here feels seen, heard and know that they belong. That has been my experience. I know that I have a role here to play and I know that people actually care about Jared, not about the VP of PX because of the kind comments that they've said through Motivosity. It's made me feel like a true part of our j-force. (Jared Olsen)

I think it's just that that personal touch and knowing that I've taken the time to write this appreciation for them as well as when I get appreciation from somebody. It's like 'Wow, you really took the time to write this out and you feel like it was enough to really shout out and let other people know that I was helping you out' or that I've been helped because a lot of the times the questions that I ask are pretty tough questions. I know somebody took the time out of their day to help me specifically. (Mike Olsen)
