Erica Newell

Erica has been on the list of “Top 100 Customer Success Leaders” by Gainsight multiple years in a row and has spoken at many Customer Success Events and conferences, including CS100 and Pulse. She has been featured on podcasts including Sales Enablement Society and Momentum Magnet Podcast—she is even featured in publications such as The New York Times, Washington Post, Inc, and the ClientSuccess Blog.

In her spare time, she can be found mountain biking, cranking out some art (welding, watercolor, etc), and taking care of her plant jungle. She loves Motivosity and does her best to live our “Stay Young” value every second of every day.
