Raechel Duplain is the VP of Marketing at Motivosity, the people-first recognition and rewards solution for today’s workforce. Prior to joining Motivosity, Raechel led product, solutions, and customer marketing at Podium, an AI lead generation and lead management platform for local businesses. Her career also includes time as a business coach for female entrepreneurs and in various marketing roles at Workfront, now an Adobe company. Outside of work, Raechel loves spending time with her husband, building Legos with her son, is an avid reader, and in recent years has made creatine and weightlifting the rest of her personality.
