I can't require every company I work for to get Monovosity, but I would certainly try. My name is Amber Stewart, and I am the Chief, culture, and strategy officer for Well Spring Living. Well Spring Living is a nonprofit in the Metro Atlanta you, serving those who are at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation.
So I am always, you know, a big advocate of doing whatever is necessary to prioritize culture building because I believe that it has an impact not only in the way that you conduct business, but in the way you serve. The work that we do is heavy and hard and requires so much from each individual. And so we work really, really hard to make sure that our employees feel they're in a space where they want to come back. Every investment in making sure that the employee experience is great really does impact what you're able to do in your business, in your company, and in your place of service. Modovosity has really led the way for us in being able to by connection across our organization.
So literally, I was just in there this morning, and I could see people shouting each other out from different programs and from areas of impact that would never have a chance to be able to do that on a regular basis. By far and wide, I would definitely say it is an incredible recognition and tool where you're able to encourage your staff members to congratulate, celebrate, and compliment one another through your values, which is how we have our setup. But in addition to the connection to values, we've had a chance to connect with people. I'm always looking into the data, so I click on that insights tab all the time just to see what's happening. And we've seen such tremendous growth we serve in some really hard spots.
And it's important not to go days and weeks on end without being supported or celebrated for your contribution So I really feel that Motivocity bridges the gap between the day to day work that we do and providing that inspiration and that hope that is necessary.
