Silicon Slopes, Utah, July 15, 2020 - Motivosity, the company intent on helping people be more motivated at work, has released an integration with Microsoft Teams, allowing customers to send, receive, and view recognitions using the Microsoft Teams interface.
“Our customers have varying ways they want to appreciate team players. We want to give them choices,” said Scott Johnson, Founder and CEO of Motivosity. “This integration with Microsoft Teams adds to the integrations we’ve already completed for Workday, ADP, UltiPro, SAML, Okta, Ping, and Slack, and others. Our plans are to continue to add integrations to meet the needs of our customers.”
Since the Covid-19 global pandemic, Microsoft Teams has seen tremendous growth. As of June 14, 2020 use of Microsoft Teams grew by 894% compared with its base usage during the week of February 17, 2020. The increase in people working from home has also amplified the need for Motivosity as companies have sought solutions to keep their employees connected.
Johnson continued, “The world has changed and businesses have felt an increased need to find tools to help their work-from-home employees still feel connected with each other. Motivosity does just that by making it easy, using technology, to allow peers to recognize all the great work going on inside the business -- even when they aren’t in the same locations.”
Motivosity is a modern employee engagement platform (that's a corporate way of saying all things that make your team want to go out with a big smile on their faces and win every day!). Our software is used by companies intent on attracting and retaining the best possible talent and rejected by trophy-giving-box-checking-beaurocratic-compliance-loving stodgy companies that still think HR stands for Humans are Resources.
