Most recognition tools do nothing to help someone write a better note, or they write the note for them. Neither actually helps. Motivosity's Appreciation Coach grades recognition as someone writes it and shows them how to make it land better: more specific, more personal, less generic.

A high volume of recognition doesn't mean much if none of it is meaningful. The Coach nudges people toward detail (what someone actually did and why it mattered), so appreciation reads like it was written for one person, not copied from the last one.
