Module: Motivosity Platform
Most recognition tools do nothing to help someone write a better note, or they write the note for them. Neither actually helps. Motivosity's Appreciation Coach grades recognition as someone writes it and shows them how to make it land better: more specific, more personal, less generic.
A high volume of recognition doesn't mean much if none of it is meaningful. The Coach nudges people toward detail (what someone actually did and why it mattered), so appreciation reads like it was written for one person, not copied from the last one.
The Coach grades and suggests. It doesn't write the note itself. The recognition itself still comes from a human, giving your team opportunities to connect on a deeper level and build relationships with the assistance of AI.

Leaders and admins shouldn't need an analyst or weeks of gathering reports to answer questions about their own programs. Insights AI is your assistant for exactly that: ask in plain language and get a grounded answer, pulled from real Motivosity data, right when you need it.
