Motivosity’s new Surveys tab gives employees quick access to open surveys and their personal survey history—even if they snoozed them. Managers and admins get tailored views and instant access to MV6 Satisfaction Survey insights, making it easier to track feedback and take action.
Admins can now launch surveys more quickly, mark them as required or non-dismissable, and track responses in real-time—all from the new Surveys tab. Automated reminders and emails help boost participation and ensure timely, actionable insights.
Capture meaningful moments and build a culture of gratitude with Thanks Books—a new way to preserve and celebrate appreciation over time.
Every piece of appreciation an employee receives is saved in their personal Thanks Book—a curated collection of kind words, milestones, and shoutouts.
When someone hits a milestone—or moves on—print their Thanks Book as a meaningful keepsake they’ll always remember.
We’ve launched Split Payments and Personal Payment Methods! Now, if your reward balance falls short, you can still check out easily by adding funds from a personal card. Motivosity Admins can choose to toggle this feature on or off at their company.
