Welcome back to What’s New! This month we are recapping some big updates including the launch of Spaces—Motivosity’s newest add-on, an updated Awards page experience, and a streamlined Funding page. We also have some Tiny but Shiny updates, including:

  • A new and improved nav bar
  • Appreciate an entire user group
  • Recognize with QR codes
  • Coming Soon: New rewards cashout options

Let’s jump in!

Sound the alarm…Spaces is here!

You’ve likely heard it from us already…but we’re over the moon that Motivosity’s Spaces is now live! It’s the perfect solution to help simplify internal communication and connect your employees to each other and to your business.

→ Attach awards to specific employee Spaces

Tie awards to specific Spaces and employee programs and make it easier for your employees to engage in your people programs. View and submit for awards all within the designated Space.

→ Make posts from the company—or as another user

As an administrator, make important posts and announcements as your company or, if needed, as another user. Think: executive newsletters, company-wide highlights, and more.

→ Send Spaces updates to your Microsoft Teams channels

If you use Microsoft Teams, you can connect any Space to a specific channel within your Teams environment. Make sure any updates and important information shared within a Space are never missed.

An improved Awards experience for everyone.

We’ve made viewing, managing, and submitting for awards in Motivosity easier than ever. Get a better look into what awards are available to you, and easily see what awards and nominations need action as an administrator.

→ Maximize engagement with the “Earn More” button

Help your employees understand their earning potential in Motivosity and increase participation in your people initiatives with an “Earn More” button that shows your team members where (and how) they could earn a few extra dollars.

Get more visibility into funding.

The Funding page has a cleaner look with more important details, including better visibility into how funds are used—like pending deposits, available balance, and total balance. Admins can also see more information about unredeemed dollars and average withdrawals.

→ Add a new payment method faster (and easier)

Companies can now add new funding sources more easily via Stripe Instant Verification. This helps the process of adding a new bank account run smoother and can make the process of adding funds move faster.

Here are a few tiny updates we think you’ll want to know about!

→ Appreciate an entire group of employees at once

Want to appreciate an entire user group? Now you can! Using the designated employee groups you’ve set up in Motivosity, you can send appreciations to large groups of employees and entire teams.

→ Simplify on-the-go recognition with QR codes

Make it easier for your employees to recognize each other on the go. Every employee (and user group) has a unique QR code accessible from their profile that can be scanned for a quicker, easier mobile recognition experience.

→ New and improved navigation bar

We’ve upgraded the nav bar in Motivosity to provide better treatment for your company logo, a cleaner (and prettier) design, priority items for leaders and admins, and easier access to the search tool.

→ Coming Soon: New rewards cashout redemption options

Very soon, employees will have the option to redeem their rewards dollars through cash outs with Paypal and Venmo—making it easier to add those rewards directly to their accounts without linking banking information to Motivosity.
